Tonight I will be leaving the United States and making my way to Okinawa, Japan. As I sit here and type this I can't help but think to myself "is this really happening?". I left California a couple of days after our wedding and I didn't really take the time to say bye to anyone. It's not that I didn't want to say my goodbyes...it's just that goodbyes have always been really hard for me. I've moved around alot in my lifetime and the worst part about the process is saying goodbye to the ones you love and care about. It's actually quite horrible. It's a sad thought to know that I am removing myself from everyone's lives. That I will be missing out on birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, outings, and the every day happenings of life with the ones I love. I know I never seemed it or showed it but I am REALLY sad about leaving. I will miss every single one of you very much and you will all hold a very special place in my heart always. I will miss the mexican food at Gloria's, Yogurtland, and El Taco =) I however will NOT miss the traffic and smog! I do plan on visiting often if we're lucky enough...To all my girlfriends: Please plan your weddings around the same time so I only have to make ONE trip down. Same goes for having babies! I wish all of you an amazing life back in the States, keep me updated on the latest news. Skype me, email me, facebook me, and when I have a phone... CALL me!! I love you all =) Good riddens!
