Christmas is only a few days away and while everyone is frantically trying to get last minute things together, I am taking this time to wish all of our dear family and friends a very merry Christmas this year. This will be my first year celebrating the holidays away from my family so it's definitely a very bitter/sweet moment in my life. I've had 25 years of Christmas and New Year traditions with the best family a girl could ask for. It never really hit me that a part of growing up sometimes means growing apart, and that is something I wasn't fully prepared for. I have missed and will continue to miss all of you back home throughout this holiday season. On a brighter note...Corigan and I are sharing our FIRST Christmas together as a married couple and this makes everything 100% worth it. He is my family now and there is no one on this earth I would rather spend such a great day with. Christmas Eve we are having a party at our house with all of our friends and Christmas Day we plan on opening presents, have a HUGE breakfast, and just be lazy all day. As the year comes to an end, I can only say one thing : I am blessed. I would have never guessed that life would have brought me to where I am today. I have the most amazing husband and best friend in this world. I have the greatest most supportive family. AND I have the most amazing, unique, funny, and loving friends. I hope that everyone feels blessed in this holiday season regardless of what parts of the world we might currently be in. I hope we all appreciate everything we have, and love others constantly. Merry Christmas lovely ones....Let's not forget the real reason for the season :)
Love,
Paloma
